Collins Property Management offers a specialized leasing service designed to obtain qualified tenants and protect your investment. Our Rental/Lease Agreements are attorney approved and provide maximum protection for the Landlord while outlining the tenant’s responsibilities.

We will assist you in evaluating your home to determine the actual fair market rental value. We then provide the following services:

• Establish qualifications for prospective tenants.
• Advertise your property in the local newspaper and online.
• Receive calls from prospective tenants and show your property to those who have pre-qualified.
• Accept a security deposit with an agreement indicating the terms of deposit refund.
• Screen prospective tenants with a comprehensive application process, which includes verifying employment history, contacting previous landlords, and confirming stable credit history.
• Provide you with information on qualified prospects for your final selection.
• Collect first month’s rent and security deposit prior to occupancy.
• Coordinate tenant’s move-in date.
• Provide you with an executed copy of the Rental/Lease Agreement, Security Deposit Agreement, and Application to Rent.
• Forward all funds collected from tenants, less deduction for leasing fee and advertising.
